Notice is hereby formally given that the Annual General Meeting of the Renault Owners’ Club and Renowners Club Limited will be held on 26th April 2020 starting at 3pm. The venue is Braxted Park Estate, Witham, Essex, CM8 3EN
We have taken advantage of the opportunity to hold the AGM to coincide with the FBHVC “Drive-it Day” event hosted by one of the Club’s insurance partners, Peter Best Insurance. This allows members the opportunity to take in a most enjoyable event in addition to the AGM. There will be food stalls available, as well as the opportunity to book breakfast or afternoon teas in the Hall’s dining room
All members are invited to attend. It is not necessary to bring a “classic” to attend either the event or the AGM, but members are asked to register for the event at www.classiccarinsurance.co.uk and click on the Drive-It-Day box top right. This will lead you to registration. Please enter ‘Renault Owners Club AGM’ in the car club box, and enter details of your car if you plan to bring a classic.

Nominations for election to committee posts, or any resolutions or agenda items for discussion must be received by the acting Secretary no less than 21 days prior to the meeting and duly proposed and seconded. In particular the Club needs a permanent Secretary and a Membership Secretary to be elected at this meeting.
